First of all, Canadian Medical Council does not provide the quality of educational trainings or quality of services to his own citezens .I feel that the Americans accreditating authoraties must look into this problem very carefully & Canadian medical schools have to be removed from LCME accredating b/c there is a big discrimination in Canada for IMG while Canadian medical council is getting money and kissing middle easten gov and selling to them FRCP (C)/FRCS (C).

The ONtario is the very racist and discriminatory province when to come to IMG'S matching process they go beyond MCC to discriminatate every IMG. They have seprate rules for everyone sometime u feel without any options and finally relize that we have to live w/ shameful memories. (ALL IMGs In Ontario are asking to have similar system just like the US).

This is very unethical the way canada train and sell Their FRCP/FRCS certain countries.

If canada really wants to provide medical training and better health service. should consider doing it for countries in africa (i know libya is in africa too ) Canadians can show canadian values and people will appriciate your generocity. (DO u really have to depend on middle eastern money to run your hospitals in Canada)
But if canada wants to train middle eastern --------. Train them at their countries or make part of their residency program so they can come for 1 or less year.

for god shake do not sell FRCP/FRCS for money

Here is time every canadian should realizes. we should not let them to practice on canadian public. It could be any of us as patient at teaching hospital.These international sponsored residensts get their positions not through competetion.
It has to be brought up to public debet.
when Canadian walks into any teaching hospital u are in danger b/c they do not come through proper channel they just have to pass w/ min socre and mostly whoeverhas good connection w/ his/her gov will get position in Canada. i feel threaten by the way the Canadian goverment run our public service. Canadian public is abused by our own goverment.

There so many of end up choosing Canada due to several reasons such as to eascpe discriminations or other but everyone end up seening at educational level it is frustating.

It so funny when i show report on CTV that Healthminister of Canada does not know what is going on w/ residency program. even when he allocated money for training.
This is what happening here since Canada has few training facilities (teaching Hospitals) Thoses positions eaten by in name of international sponsorship scam becuase when you have better qualifed individuals are waiting and waiting to get positions now you run out of facilities u have no place to train them b/c your own facilities are taken by more than 800 international middle easten -----------.

DO you know how to fix now Mr. Health Minister or are you going to let them use our own facilites and let them to practice on Canadians for their training.

Do not get me wrong here western medicine & human anatomy same all over world. The medical school does not make ur doctor it just show you a way how to become a physician only residency program make u doctor. we all know that I am not saying canadian medical graduates are better than IMGs All become doctors and surgeons in ur residency program. canada medical council practice very discriminatory and selection basis. my point is if someone meet and pass MCC exams then should provide equal opporunities to compete w/ everyone if you do not have enough spaces then select from top scores.

They have rules they(sponsored ones) can not practice in canada once they graduate w/ FRCP(C) but they could go to the US or they can come after several years into Canada to practice ---. there is evidence for this.

Canada should change the way practice of selling their Royal college certification to big $$$$$$$$$$$$ .

How come these international sponsored first year residents do not go through same process as ontario imgs????? It is another intersting matter to look into (no time for me now) if they (sponsored ones) can handle first year residency in canadian teaching hospital w/ their home country traning//// Is it not joke theway IMGs are treated in ONTARIO???????? DO you talk about patient safety here come on big guys DO NOT THINK LIKE HIGH SCHOOL DROP OUT U have to be so shame ful when you make racist law like these ones for IMGS in ontario why do not u do it like rest of proviences It could be ur first step.

whoever live in Ontario to has go through different program. Let me put it in simplest way as possible. canada is alway looking for the US beef industry and lumbar indutry to sell things in the US.
Why do not you look how the great americans take IMGS train them. best system is in the world now it will be always.

BUT We have a graet country in the world where all IMGs are treated equally without discriminations as long as pass the USMLE and certified w/ ECFMG; No double std.
