it's tough to answer, because nobody has done both. so all you're going to get is opinions on each that will be hard to compare. But I'd be wary of someone saying "Hospital X rotation is much better than Hospital Y", because when it comes down to it, no person does the same rotation at 2 different hospitals.

what's more important in my opinion is to do internal medicine EARLY in your 3rd year. Don't wait.
