On July 30, 2003 St. Matthew's University School of Medicine received notification that its purchase offer for a residence hall in Grand Cayman has been accepted. The only contingency is that the property must pass an inspection which will occur on the week of August 4th.

The facility is located on Seven Mile Beach approximately one and one half miles from the St. Matthew's University School of Medicine campus. It is in an excellent location and convenient to shopping, restaurants, fast food, and to downtown hospitals. Each contains a study desk and a small refrigerator and microwave. Weekly maid service will be provided. Phones access (outgoing local calls or any incoming calls) will be available. No utility or phone deposits will be required and you will not have to set up separate accounts.
