i said i not only heard of it, i was the tallest man in the country for 2 years. congrats.

congrats to both of u on f inishin up the first month.. im still here at work on sunday.. last day of the month... talk about pushin the limit.. least ill be done with surgery for a few mths.. good ol peds starting tom....
antiphospholipid is pretty cool.. i had a patient with all sorts of coagulation derangements last week.. his INR >10.0 and PTT >140.0... i kid u not.. (seriously im not exaggerating)..was unreal.. that and the newly discovered carcinoid had to be the 2 cool ones i ran into this month..
so... i guess like 1st semester on the island... the waiting for all this to be over begins again... seems like we are gonna be in residency forever lol..
