Anyone know how all the interviewers review on the same standards? Like when they report back to the admissions committee. I'm kind of puzzled because there seem to be so many interviewers out there. For example, I have a friend in one of the smallest towns in West Virginia. He just got an interview invite......his interview is a doctor a nearby small city, about 1 hour away. She is an SGU grad. It seems like this person would not interview that many SGU applicants, as opposed to someone in a big center. How do they interview and review using the same standards?

Also, it seems like from most people the interview is very relaxed and easy. So more applicants are cut from an initial review of the app? And maybe the 2nd review after the interview, looking more at grades, etc?
