hello to all,

I'm an italian medical student, who in october will have his degree ( Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia ), I'm thinking to go on my studyes in Australia, Maybe in Melbourne.My title of study consists of six year of university 3 preclinical and 3 clinical( one of them spent in frech), and in Europe it allowes me to apply to begin the studies as GP or as specialist... I'm not sure what can be the right thing of application form that should I have? need I to have any AMC registration or better should I apply for a GAMSAT? I’m getting really distressed
My interests are in neurology, but I do not know how to apply to a work there, and I don't know which is the equivalent of my degree, so what could be my possible career in your country.
Could you help me? or give me a link to some web site in which I could find some informations?
