What is your mental check list of the differential diagnosis? This should be the first thing you do. From the differential diagnosis, you can come up with questions to ask. |
My mental check lists:
Pharyngitis
Strep throat
Yelling too much
Retropharyngeal abscess
Post nasal drip
Asthma
nasal pharyngeal cancer
What is the patient age?
