The phone interview is really an informal process. I was simply asked some standard 'med school' interview questions, such as "Why do you want to become a doctor?", and "Why do you think you'd be an asset to the school?". Besides these questions, the majority of the interview deals with the question of whether or not you will be able to live on the island, as well as if you can afford the cost of going to medical scool. I think the total time of my interview was about 15 minutes, and since I was in an urgent situation, they even told me over the phone that they were comfortable in admitting me to the school. So my advice is, don't sweat it too much, just enjoy the process.
