in this case, zedpol isn't losing anytime. He's going straight into 3rd.
he's right on track, as if he started med school in the US in sept 2003.
if one is only planning to go into internal med or family practice, then transferring to the US wouldn't make much sense. But clearly, with a 260 step 1, SO MANY more opportunities are available.
