I just wanted to ask any of you if you knew the exact process required for US citizens like me who went to uni in the US (UCLA, to be exact) to go to medical school in AUS and then come back to the US for residency.

Secondly, if i went to med school in AUS and did my residency there, would I be able to come back to the states to practice or do i have to do a whole new residency again here? Please write back and fill me when u can. Thanks so much.

Thirdly, as a med student in AUS, when would I take the "boards" to be an AUSSIE doctor? If i had the intention of coming back to the states for my residency, can I opt to not take the AUSSIE boards, but instead take the USMLE's while in AUS? Likewise, does the curriculum in AUSSIE med schools prepare one for success on the USMLE?
