MRIs are free under the UK's socialized medicine program....provided you plan on waiting 80 weeks to get one. But on the brighter side, King's College Hospital has plans in the works to reduce the wait time to 26 weeks.

If you don't feel like waiting a year and a half for your MRI, you can pay £983 out-of-pocket and get it done in two weeks.
