Health express loan period is for a year at a time (at most)...that should cover your 3 semesters (for that 1 year period)....amount of loan varies, ie if you are doing MHSA, etc. Best bet for you to contact the Fin Aid office in Oviedo for the specific breakdown (per semester loan certification). A friend recieved 55k for the next 1 year (starting Sept 05), and she's doing MHSA in Maine next semester. I don't know the breakdown, but she will also be recieving Fed loans for the Master's....
