I am a student at AUC- I think it's a great place. Make sure you see Saba before attending. It's a beautiful Island and I'm sure a good school, but for many (not all), it might be hard to live there for 2 years (from what I've heard, Dominica is not always the easiest adjustment either). All of the schools on your list can help you accomplish your goal- find out what fits best for you.
