Believe me, not all programs run the same. I am glad I am here now, because by the looks of it, I am going to be OK!! I was a little scared about starting residency, but then I realized it is not so bad. I do not feel inferior to any of the residents here now, and I have actually done a lot more than a lot of these residents. When you do your rotations, do as many procedures and as many H&P's as you can. It will help in the long run. The good thing about the hospitals that we rotate in is that you get a lot of hands on, and you feel confident and proepared. Good luck!!
