I was wondering what the differences between Puerto Rico and Carib med schools are?

I know Puerto Rico schools are LCME approved...

But, are you an IMG/FMG if you graduated from a school in Puerto Rico?
Can you do clinicals in the U.S if you go to school in Puerto Rico? Is it easier to get a top residency going to a school in Puerto Rico? I have always wondered why people choose the carib over puerto rico.
