You are not far from finishing your pre-reqs, so why not finish em? You can always apply while still finishing up your pre-reqs and get accepted provisionally (just mention this to the admissions committee), this way you will have a big burden off your shoulders.

as others here have mentioned, getting in without the pre-reqs, not only jeopardizes your chances of getting licensed in some states, but it may also jeopardizes you performance in med school, since these courses provide the foundation for many med school courses.

I was in a similar situation, but I am now finishing up this semester with al my pre-reqs. and will shoot for a 4-year program.
