Good point, one would think that they must be approved but it would be nice to know for sure somehow.

I wrote them asking about the 4-year program (I'm already accepted for fall 2004 here in Tennessee) and they told me not to go to a foreign school even after I told them I wanted to study abroad.

Here's exactly what I received:
