Varna Medical University is a respectable institution in Europe. I do not believe they are lying when they say that they have an ECFMG approval.

The English program has 105 graduates and many of them are now practicing in the US without any problems.

I suggest that you contact the North American admission office and ask for a proof regarding the ECFMG approval.
